THE NEW INSTRUCTORS GUIDE TO SUCCESS
This course is designed to help those instructors or aspiring instructors in finding their stride and developing their own niche. From developing speaking skills to addressing different groups to props and practical skill application, this course will give the new instructor the necessary skills to develop themselves into a success.
TRAINING MANAGEMENT
This course is designed to aid in managing all the training challenges facing departments today. With the demands on time, requirements to maintain ISO and accreditation and the push to incorporate web-based training, this course will show you how to manage the necessary balance of quality training, time management, and record-keeping within your training program.
ADVANCED EXTRICATION TACTICS
This course is designed to address the challenges encountered with those motor vehicle accidents where standard tactics aren’t working. This course also addresses the challenges with modern automobile construction and exotic metal usage and placement. This course is a must for the current day responder.
ADVANCED ROPE "TESTING"
Historically, rope rescue equipment failure has been attributed to human error and improper application. This course will address many common mis-applications and the testing method and theories used to disprove many common methods found in rope rescue today.
